Ivy League Academic Writing

This 8-hour course is designed to develop high-level academic writing skills in students. This course focuses specifically on advanced writing techniques.

1-Week ACT Course with Content Intensives

$410

This unique ACT Course with Content Intensives is a 10-hour course designed by Kimberly Carraway, a Harvard trained specialist in Mind, Brain and Education. The course provides advanced strategies that are informed by current research about learning and test-tasking from the field of Cognitive Neuroscience. It begins with an overview of the test and general strategies and then each day students receive a 2-hour content intensive session specifically focused on learning core content that will be assessed on each section of the ACT. These classes provide direct instruction on key grammar rules, mathematical formulas, and other specific content and cognitive skills needed for peak performance on the ACT.

ISEE Overview Course

This 5-hour introductory course is for rising 5th and 6th graders or for rising 7th and 8th graders to get a general overview of the ISEE test along with general strategies for each section.

  • For 5th & 6th Grade Students · July 9-11, 2018 from 10:00am - 12:00pm on Monday & Tuesday and from 10:00am - 11:00am on Wednesday.
  • For 7th & 8th Grade Students · July 23-25, 2018 from 10:00am - 12:00pm on Monday & Tuesday and from 10:00am - 11:00am on Wednesday.

PSAT Advanced Prep Course

$210

This course is designed to provide cutting-edge test taking strategies for high achieving students. We will preview the PSAT, discuss strategies for each section of the test, review key content, practice sample problems and develop a practice plan for preparing for the PSAT.

Class includes a one hour review session the day before the PSAT.
